Stethoscope Serial Number

Multifrequency-style stethoscopes (including the 600, 612, 614, and 615 series) have a serial number laser engraved on the top of the chestpiece.

Most stethoscopes that have combination style diaphragm/bell chestpieces wll have a serial number laser engraved along the inside portion of one of the two sides of the chestpiece.

Many ADC products have an item label on the end or back panel of the package. The lot number is located in the upper right-hand corner, preceeded by the word "LOT."
