The Advantage 6012 BP monitor has a rating label with the serial number on the batter cover on the bottom of the unit.

The Advantage 6015 Wrist BP monitor has a rating label with the serial number on the underside of the unit housing. 

The Advantage 6016 Wrist BP monitor has a rating label located inside the cover of the battery compartment.

Other home blood pressure models have a rating label with the serial number located on the battery cover on the back of the unit.
