Laryngoscope Serial Number

SPU laryngoscope blades and handles are individually packaged in their own sanitary pouch. The lot number for each can be found on the front of the pouch following the LOT symbol.

Many ADC products have an item label on the end or back panel of the package. The lot number is located in the upper right-hand corner, preceeded by the word "LOT."
