Happy New Year.

Each year I lament about the speed with which the calendar flies by and 2014 was no different...

...Except that 2014 was possibly the most productive since we founded ADC over 30 years ago.

Last year we promised lots of new products in the years to come and we delivered in record breaking fashion.

In 2014 we rolled out nearly 900 new products– a whopping 50% increase in our product portfolio. The largest of the launches was the expansion of our popular line of physical exam diagnostic instruments. Our new line of German engineered, US assembled 3.5v diagnostic instruments continues the tradition of ADC’s value leadership. We also introduced the world’s first bariatric cuff – a product our practitioners have been begging us to develop for years. Our new line of print cuffs including our “Cuffs for a Cause” benefiting Ernie Els Autism Foundation and American Cancer Society bring a combination of fun AND philanthropy to our industry leading line of sphygmomanometers. Our fifth generation line of Advantage Home BP monitors are our most feature-rich offering yet. And our completely revamped and upgraded line of Adscopes demonstrate our commitment to domestic assembly and continuous product improvement.

We upgraded our ERP system too – the software backbone of our operation – to allow us to better serve our vendor and distribution partners. It was painful at times (our IT department has the scars to prove it) but necessary to streamline our operation and continue our tradition of world class service.

Last but not least we made significant upgrades to our website – including the revolutionary Adbuilder - to provide our distributors and consumers the tools they need to find the ADC products that are right for them.
