	Binaurals for our lightweight Proscope series receive a tensioning spring. Only premium aluminum is used in our binaurals which are carefully de-burred and up to an inch longer than some competing brands.
	Cold forging of the Sprague scope binaural spring ensures greater strength and product uniformity than hot forging used by many manufacturers
	Zinc components are die cast then precisely machined for our patented Sprague Rappaport Type scope. The scope will undergo over 35 manufacturing processes before packaging.
	Diagnostix Gauge: hand assembly of the delicate movement at the Nissei Gauge manufacturing facility in Shu Zhou China. There are over 50 steps in the manufacture of our pocket aneroids - all made under exclusive contract by Nissei.
	Dip molding of the "Y" tubing used in the manufacture of our premium ADSCOPE and institutional PROSCOPE series stethoscopes. Accurate mixing of the chemicals and curing times are necessary to ensure proper tensile and shear strength.
	Grinding of the convertible cardiology chestpiece using CNC (computer numerical control) machines manufactured to exacting tolerances of 20 microns.
	Endurance test of the binaural spring for our Proscope series stethoscopes. We randomly subject these parts to 100,000 cycle tests.
	Our manometers are checked not once, not twice but up to three times for accuracy against a reference standard. Here the 809 series are checked for the second time at the Nissei Shu Zhou facility.
	Final Hand assembly of a complete 700 series blood pressure instrument. ADC ships over 20,000 diagnostic instruments every single day for use by every segment of the healthcare industry.
	Each ADSCOPE is serialized (you can find the serial number under the diaphragm) for unrivalled trace-ability.
