To project to our customers and partners our commitment to quality, ADC has worked successfully towards ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000 certification by TUV Rheinland.

The ISO 13485:2003 standard is specifically written for medical device manufacturers while the broader ISO 9001 quality management standard is sought after by any firm committed to quality. The designations were earned from TUV Rheinland, a leading international standards, testing registration and certification organization.

ADC's certification, which was earned after a thorough, independent audit of its quality management system, facilitates the company's CE marking of products for sale in Europe. It is also recognized by Canadian regulatory authorities as being in compliance with that country's quality requirements. In order to be certified to ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000, a company must implement and document strict quality management processes for product development and delivery, employee training, and materials purchasing, among others.
